Shedding Illusions- Guided Meditation - Sound Immersion

Throughout life, we develop a sense of our identity, built on our individualized perspective. But is our perspective always the truth? This meditation is designed to look underneath our illusions and attachments, that have accumulated over time and to find our true divine nature within. Many of the illusions we face stem from the hurt ego, creating stories of experience, to keep the illusions alive and ego safe from the unknown. This guided meditation will help you to go within and to start exploring the illusions we have created in our subconscious, bring them to the surface, and begin to shed what is untrue to rediscover our innate being. Gongs, drums, singing bowls, and other acoustic instruments will be used to immerse the meditation with healing vibrations. Sacred smoke and oils will be used to create a healing container to process and shed our illusions, and to help go deeper into the meditation.

Mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring whatever you might need to be comfortable.
