SHED is a dance-theatre show that uses digital art, spoken word and contemporary dance to raise awareness of the mental health issues many young people face.
Performed by a cast of four skilled dancers in a wooden shed, the show invites its audience to be on the outside and look in.
Presented in partnership with Arts Alive and the Rural Touring Dance Initiative.
This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
