SHEBAD
SHEBAD is the creative spirit of visual artist and vocalist Claire Voy and multi-instrumentalist Ciccio (Cheecho) Spagnolo. Hailing from Guelph, Ontario, Canada, their music plays in the realm of Acid Jazz, characterized by fusion arrangements, danceable basslines, and soulful layered vocals. Their sound is a synthesis of influences like Stevie Wonder, Hiatus Kaiyote, Amy Winehouse, Daft Punk, and Erykah Badu, making the music compelling and curious with lyrics from the heart. CBC’s aptly describes their sound as “Music that exists in a sonic world of its own”.
Their debut album ‘Music is the Answer’, explores music’s power as a life-affirming guide, featuring 10 new tracks that reflect their dedication to their art. Its lead single 'Black Walnut' made it in numerous best songs of the week including The Needle Drop's and Somewhere Soul's, as well as charted #5 on Tokyo's J-wave FM HOT 100 for two weeks straight.
Performing live as a 5-piece arrangement with Bella Tian (keys/vox), Emil White (keys/sax), and Emmitt Leacock (drums), the band has been direct support for Kamasi Washington, Thievery Corporation, and Anomalie.

STRUTMAN LANE
Strutman Lane’s sound is packing all of your friends into a diner’s corner booth, flipping the perfect pancake or waking up energized from a refreshing midday nap. This 8-piece band of friends from the outskirts of Washington D.C. is reigniting classic pop music with their high energy funk grooves and soulful melodies.
2026 is Strutman Lane's biggest year yet. With the recent release of the single “Know What I Know” and its retro sitcom-themed music video, the band assumes a confident new era of sound and style. They’ll be bringing that signature spunkiness up and down the East Coast this Spring, as they embark on their Know What I Know Tour.
The octet thrives on the live stage, captivating audiences with their funk-pop jams driven by catchy guitar hooks, three-part harmonies and a dazzling horn section. Every member of the crowd is welcomed into this quirky friend group with infectious singalongs, theatrical on-stage bits and beckonings to boogie.
