We open together in circle, grounding and arriving.
From there, She Moves guides you into somatic movement- no experience needed, just your body and your breath.
A sound bath to ground and nourish your nervous system..
Then we slow down with guided journaling and collage creation, two powerful ways to access what words alone can't always reach.
Midday, Chef Joelle (founder of Ubuntu) nourishes us with a delicious 2-course lunch made with intention and real love..
We close the day in a sharing circle, witnessed and held by the women around us..
