Sarah and Ang’s favorite instructor, Cat, will be leading the energy, with the incredible KOR4 crew on hand to support, encourage, and hype you up every step of the way.
This night is truly for everyone. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or have been working out for years, all exercises can be modified and adapted to meet you where you are. No intimidation. No pressure. Just a supportive room full of women getting stronger together.
