What the afternoon includes:
Part 1: The Business of Building Attorney, fractional general counsel, and strategic business advisor Rhonda Coleman Wandel breaks down what it actually takes to build a viable, sustainable business. Expect legal safeguards, business structure, how to avoid the costly mistakes most founders make, and how to position your business to attract investment. You'll leave with a real roadmap, not just motivation.

About Rhonda Coleman Wandel Rhonda Coleman Wandel is a commercial attorney, business strategist, entrepreneur, and founder of RCW Strategies, LLC. After beginning her career as a high school English teacher, she made a bold transition into law, attending Loyola University Chicago School of Law while raising two young daughters. Today she advises corporations, executives, and mission based organizations on complex commercial transactions and strategic business decisions.
