Mr. Hardcastle intends his forthright daughter, Kate, to marry the awkward Mr. Marlow. Mrs. Hardcastle desires her son, Tony, wed Constance. Yet, Constance's heart belongs to Mr. Hastings, and Tony wants freedom. And Kate? If Mr. Marlow is young and handsome, she'll have him! But she's not too sure he'll have her...
Set in the 18th century, She Stoops to Conquer is a charming comedy of misunderstandings, of misdirection, of intrigue – with a happy ending.

June 9th at 14.00 (doors open at 13:45).
Enjoy the sun and some snacks and a refreshing beverage! If weather permits, performances will be held outside in the amphitheatre (circled in blue) behind the Norwegian Academy of Music (Norges Musikkhøgskole), also next to Chateau Neuf. If it rains, performances will be held indoors in Teaterscenen at Chateau Neuf. Please check back here on performance date to confirm which space we will be in!
Show time is approximately 2 hours, not including a 15-minute intermission. Performances are in English.
