**Professional Guidance:**

Your daughter will benefit from the expertise of Michelle Gill, a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience as a Hair and Makeup Artist. Michelle's impressive background includes roles as a Ghd Educator for New Zealand, educating elite hair salons on creating different waves and curls, Bobbi Brown Studio Manager, MAC and Shortland Street freelancer, wedding specialist, and celebrity makeup artist. With Michelle's guidance, your daughter will receive top-notch training and personalised advice.

**Hands-On Learning:**

This isn't just another beauty tutorial – it's an immersive, hands-on experience. She'll practice each technique with products and tools, ensuring she leaves with skills she'll use for a lifetime. She'll discover her skin type, the best creams, foundations, and color schemes for her and which brushes to use for specific effects. She'll learn how to enhance her features and face shape, and gain invaluable do's and don'ts of makeup, skincare and hair care application.

**Build Confidence:**

As women, we know that when we look good, we feel fabulous! This workshop will build confidence to help her feel empowered and ready to take on the world, well Nelson! she'll step out glowing with confidence because of the skills she's learnt and..... be able to do her own makeup for balls and special events – saving you hundreds!

**Fun and Friendship:**

She'll meet like-minded young ladies who share her interests and passions. She'll make new friends while having fun and learning in a supportive, encouraging environment.

**Aspiring HMUA Artist?**

If she aspires to be a hair or makeup artist, or if she's looking to earn some extra income without committing to a retail job, this workshop is ideal. It will help her determine whether she possesses the skills and mindset required to freelance or eventually manage her own makeup business. Moreover, the skills she acquires could provide her with an alternative to the demanding hours of retail work while she's at university.

**Showcase Her Skills:**

On the final day, she'll arrive with her full makeup on and have the opportunity to showcase her new skills with 1-2-1 advice and critique. If she chooses she'll celebrate her achievements with a photoshoot to mark her journey.

**Optional Extra:**From 3 PM at the close of Showcase day, our She Shines photographer, will be available to capture the excitement and radiance.
