Welcome to the She Rises Pilates Event!

" She rises while it is yet night and provides food for her household and portions for her maidens.”

Proverbs 31:15, reflects how women rise through challenges — not only for themselves, but for their families, communities, and ultimately for God. The heart of this ministry is to build a sisterhood of women who encourage one another in faith while also stepping into community outreach.

Our very first gathering will be a sunrise event on September 20th at the beach. We will begin with a time of worship, followed by pilates led by Jessica Gould, founder of the Wildflower Movement, and then close with a short word of encouragement.

This kickoff event is not only about spiritual renewal and fellowship but also about impact: all proceeds will go toward 6:8 Ministries in Costa Rica, helping to provide Christmas gifts for children in need. She Rises will continue to grow into future gatherings that support single mothers, foster families, the homeless, and other communities in need.
