In the past 14 months alone 116 women have been killed by men. This crisis is an epidemic, an epidemic that keeps on getting worse year after year. The sad truth is that it’s a multi-generational cycle of abuse that will keep on repeating itself unless we take serious action to address it.
I would encourage all QYLL members to stand up against gender-based violence, coming to this is a good way to start.
