SHAWOOD at Arcadia - Frame Walk Experience

Taking place on May 13th, 2026, this experience allows prospective homeowners to look beyond finishes and floorplans and see how SHAWOOD homes are built from the inside out. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of the post-and-beam construction that supports strength, natural light, and long-term comfort.

Seeing the structure firsthand offers insight into the quality and intention behind every SHAWOOD home, long before the walls are finished.

This is an active construction site. Please be prepared for uneven ground and typical construction conditions. We recommend wearing flat, closed-toe shoes. Hard hats will be provided.
