SharQui - Bellydance Fitness w/ Nikki Johara

SharQui workouts don't just get you sweating, they teach classic bellydance moves in flow. You'll gradually build up to more complex movements starting with the very basics - your feet!

Everyone is welcome regardless of age, gender, appearance, and dance or fitness level. If you've got previous bellydance experience, you'll find SharQui workouts to be perfect for building strength, stamina, and confidence that will shine when you're on stage. You'll learn performance-ready combos in addition to getting a fantastic cardio and core workout. No special equipment needed, just wear something comfortable to move in and bring water to stay hydrated.

All sales are final. If registered for the full session, students will be able to use any missed class credits toward a future class in the next session only. The 4-class pack must be used during the 6-week session in which it was purchased.

Nikki Johara is a certified instructor of SharQui the Bellydance Workout based in Durham, North Carolina. She is a dance enthusiast that loves helping people obtain fitness through dance movement.
