This workshop blends traditional bellydance with constant flow that will put a smile on your face!
For the first 30 minutes, you'll engage in a series of movements that target core strength, improve posture, and enhance fluidity, all while in motion.
During the last hour we will apply the techniques learned into a vibrant drum choreography.
Experience a workout and a bellydance class all in one!
