The festivities start Saturday June 13 at 11:00 AM. This summer, the Pavilion Cottages will come alive with color, music, and community as we host the second annual Sharon Springs Pride Festival. The grounds of the historic Pavilion Cottages will be open for exploration, giving folks a chance to see the restoration effort up close and learn more about the history—and future—of this special place. I (Nick) will be hosting guided tours of the Cottages and property throughout the day. There will be music, an afternoon cookout, lawn games & a scavenger hunt, and plenty of chairs to relax and take in the scene. We’ll also have a potluck table for those who want to bring a dish to share, along with drinks and refreshments.
After 7pm we will start up a bonfire and break out the booze if the weather cooperates. Guests who want to stay late—or camp on site—are welcome to linger by the fire, swap stories, and enjoy the property. This has long been a place where people come to rest, reconnect, and find community. Sharon Springs Pride is an open invitation to gather, celebrate, and imagine the future of the Pavilion Cottages together. 🌈🔥

NOTE: We don’t have utilities on site (yet), but we have room to spare and invite folks to glamp here with us during the weekends below. A LIMITED number of RSVP boondocking sites are available. Please inquire for availability.
MAIN ENTRANCE IN REAR: Park in front of the Adler Hotel at 127 Adler Ave and walk uphill to the back side of the Cottages.
Folks that need to get closer may use the front entrance at 123 Pavilion Avenue. We’re right up the driveway on the left right past the first left turn.
