Join Southern AC for our longy as part of our #sharksroad2syd24 starting at the Peace Sign at Seacliff and heading North along the esplanade.
This will be a scheduled 3 hour run (1.5 hr out and back) as many of us are full swing into our marathon block training, HOWEVER you are also welcome to run a shorter distance and start with the group. Any questions just ask!
