Sharks Club Membership - January 2022

Members practice Monday and Wednesday for the month of January

Sharks Club is a swim club for youth swimmers who want to level up their skills, confidence or pursue competitive swimming in the future.

Sessions focus on technique, endurance, and skills such as dives and turns as preparation for formal swim team.

Participants will learn basic terminology, proper etiquette, and how to read and create workout sets.

*This is NOT a Learn to Swim class

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Youth aged 7+,

2. Proficiently swim Backstroke and Front Crawl (with side breathing) for 25 yards.

Please call the main base pool to schedule a swim evaluation if you are unsure your child meets the minimum requirements.

*If coaches feel that the participant cannot meet the minimum requirements, for safety reasons, refunds or private lessons (if available) can be offered.

** Exceptions: children under 7 may be considered for Sharks Club pending an evaluation by the coach to determine if they meet minimum requirements.**

What’s Included: With a membership, your child can attend 2 practices every week during the month of December.

When: Monday & Wednesday

Time: 3:00pm - 4:00pm -or- 4:15pm - 5:15pm

Run date: 1/3/22 - 1/31/22

*No Practice on Monday, January, 17, 2022 (MLK Day)

Where: Officers' Club pool (Hill Top) unless specified otherwise

*In events that Hill Top Pool is unavailable, practice may be moved to the Main Base Pool.*

*Participants may not switch between practice times.

(Missed practices will not be prorated or refunded)
