Join us in the dining room to spread sunshine! ☀️Our location will aim to share sunshine with a Card-creating station on Monday, March 3rd. We are partnering with a few organizations in our community to drop-off YOUR notes of encouragement that you create. Stop by between 5 to 7pm, and create as many letters of encouragement to share with those who will receive them. We will have sample prompts, or come up with your own notes to help spread kindness or encouragement to those who may need it. We also encourage for you to create notes for those you know to share cheer and support!
We will dropping off all cards created by you to the following groups:
𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐞𝐬: A local nonprofit organization that helps veterans and military families, dedicated to healing the emotional, moral and spiritual wounds of war.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 in the area who may need additional encouragement and kindness from their peers and community. Cards will be randomly distributed to staff and counselors who work directly with the students they serve.
