The purpose of this workshop series is to give space for civil society to learn from each other around taking a human rights-based approach.
About this Event

Come to these informal workshops expecting: an honest & confidential space to learn; to hear about about what worked well and what was difficult; invaluable advice from experts on the ground; to be ready to ask questions & be curious. Most of all, come willing to learn from others’ experience to strengthen your work around human rights.

On Tuesday 31st May, we will be welcoming the following speakers to share their experiences of taking a human rights-based approach within their organisations:

Clare MacGillivray, Making Rights Real

Clare Gallagher, CEMVO

Susan Fiddes, Royal Edinburgh Hospital Patients' Council

This event will take place both online and in person at the COSLA Conference Centre in Haymarket, Edinburgh. Lunch will be provided at the end of the session.

Participants will be asked to confirm whether they plan to attend the event online or in person. If there is not sufficient demand to meet in person, we will meet entirely online.

We want all of our events to be accessible. Please let us know if you have any accessibility needs as soon as possible.
