Sharing Common Ground - A Contact Improvisation WorkshopJoin us for two days of Contact Improvisation, where we will explore the art of movement and connection in togetherness. In this workshop, we will be working with the theme of extended care and support.
Whether you're new to Contact Improvisation or have experience, this workshop is a great opportunity to develop your understanding of sharing movement with others. We will focus on physical awareness, spacious embodiment, and improvisational movement in contact.
During the workshop, you will participate in guided exercises that help you ground yourself, expand your awareness, and move fluidly in mutuality. We'll cover the fundamental principles of Contact Improvisation in an invitational environment where consent and communication are essential.
