Our circle is a safe and confidential space in which we can each share as much or as little as we feel. As we share in a space without feedback or advice we can deepen our connection to our own feelings, truth and voice.
The power of simply being heard
As we listen to and identify with others challenges and strengths we connect to our shared humanity, our hearts and we build community – alongside self responsibility. We listen without judgment – and we listen for the similarities, not the differences.
The structure of this circle is incredibly simple. We affirm the boundaries to create a super safe space, we divide sharing time and we share. There is no obligation to share unless you want to in the moment. Just listening is welcome. There is no obligation to fill the time we are each given. We trust in the process.
In the circle, we each take full responsibility for ourselves; what we share and how deeply.

The circle takes place on the first as third Tuesday of every month at 5:30 – 6:45pm, 24 Oxford Street, Whitstable CT5 1DD. The cost is £10, but please get in touch if you need a concession.
Our group welcomes all women, including cis and trans women.
