Shared Reading Series

Moving from coping to thriving can be challenging—but possible. In this small-group reading series, we will move through Julia Samuel’s This Too Shall Pass by reflecting on the real stories that she shares. Offered as an affordable community inititative and guided by a Registered Psychotherapist, sessions weave Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles—values clarification, present-moment awareness, and committed action—into discussion. This is a non-clinical wellness/educational program; it is not psychotherapy and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.

Fee: $25 per session. Four-week series (commitment to all four sessions). Total: $100.
