This 90 minute experience lead by JAAP invites you and your partner to move as one, shifting the focus from individual practice to shared energy. Through collaborative poses and assisted stretches, you’ll learn to support each other’s physical release while deepening emotional connection. By giving and receiving presence in every breath, you’ll cultivate a sacred space of trust, compassion, and togetherness that extends far beyond the mat.As part of the journey, Kim will lovingly guide you in a relaxing face and scalp massage that you and your partner will exchange with one another. Through nurturing touch and mindful connection, you’ll extend the practice beyond movement, allowing your hands to communicate care, grounding, and gentle healing.
Together, you will move, breathe, give, receive, and connect — creating a beautiful flow of shared energy both on and off the mat.
While designed for partners, this class is also a beautiful experience for friends who wish to connect, support one another, and share intentional movement in a heart-centered way.
