Assisting: making the connection between the intention of the teacher and the experience of the student.
This hands-on training will explore a true understanding of asana - transforming your practice, your teaching, and your assisting. You will learn concrete skills for safe, effective hands-on assisting, and you will experience principles of alignment which will allow you to fully understand any poses.
This workshop is open to Yoga Camp Graduates & 200 Hour Certified Teachers. If you do not currently teach, you will gain a new perspective on your personal practice and a deeper understanding of alignment. As a teacher, you will gain confidence and tools for delivering assists that are direct, clear, and powerful.
Friday 6:00 - 8:00 pm in Sandfly
Saturday 3:00 - 8:00 pm in Sandfly
Sunday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm in Sandfly
