The community at Liverpool College consists of students (and staff) from diverse faiths and backgrounds.
Our Muslim community will be observing the month of Ramadan, February 2026.
During this month, Muslims
fast from dawn until dusk, it is also a time to reflect, repent and seek forgiveness from God.
LC PTA, along with the MSE (Muslim Student Experience), invite you and your family to join our community in a day of fasting, to
share Ramadan spiritually as part of a day in your lives, and to celebrate with feast together.
If you can't fast - that's ok! Come and join us in our feast of delicious delicacies from the Muslim culture, observe us as we offer our evening prayer and sermon prior to breaking our fast, and learn about other cultures and traditions.
We promise it won't be boring - ask anyone who came to the 2024 & 2025 Iftar- in fact it will be educational and you'll learn more about your Muslims friends. Children are welcomed. Tickets are first come first served.
Please note all food served is halal
Vegetarian option is available. There are 2 types of meals available - please choose accordingly as your tickets will be checked prior to your meal being served. Please email us of any allergies and we will try our best to accommodate.
