It is sincerely hoped that the Manatee/Sarasota area homeschooling families will choose to participate in the SHARE monthly homeschool skating at Astro for 2024-25.
We have SUCH FUN times at the monthly homeschool skating (since 1991).
Please remember that SHARE rents out the rink plus DJ fees. We need total of 80 families to sign-up in order to cover the expenses.
2024-25 SHARE’s Skating “plans”
Family Plan $70 (up to 4 skaters, $10 each additional)
OR Single Skater Plan $35 OR $30 (Early bird rate expired 6/5)
OR $7/skater/session
NO refunds.
(all rates include quad skates)
FRIDAYS 11:30am-1:30pm, Sept 6, 2024, Oct 4, Nov 1, Dec 20 (party), Feb 7, 2025 Mar 7, Apr 4
May 16th 11:30am-2pm (awards)
Astro rents out inlines ($4) and stability carts ($5) -- directly to them, NOT to SHARE
Music is a blend of contemporary Christian, vintage TV show tunes, and Disney, presented by DJ Grant Showalter (for 26+ years), and the Cha Cha slide.

*Parent must stay. *NO child/teen drop-offs. *NO food or non-water beverages may be brought in (except for December Christmas party) Astro policy, and extended time during May skate. Everyone MUST remain inside of the rink (Astro safety policy).

P.S. It is important to utilize the Astro concessions, as this (low purchases) is one reason why they have increased our rent in the past.
$7 x 8 = $56 (the "plans" are a REAL savings to our families)
SHARE's "receipts" are worded so that the PEP and FES/UA scholarships will reimbursed for those who partake.
For those who wish to assist me in covering the $100s in deficit for 2023-24 (and the $1000s since 2010), it is GREATLY appreciated. I am thankful to those of you who have donated.
