Share and Learn Session — Engagement & Voice

Share and Learn Sessions bring together organisations to talk through common employment challenges around a certain characteristic of the Good Employment Charter.

During this session we will discuss employment challenges around engagement & voice and share ideas on solutions. Attendees will understand how 'engagement & voice' is assessed during the Charter's membership process and will hear examples of good practice from across the network.

We will be announcing our employer guest speaker very soon.

Challenge Submission

Registrants are welcome to anonymously submit their organisation's own engagement & voice related employment challenge to be discussed during the session. Any challenge chosen will be completely anonymised, simplified and have any identifying elements removed.

The challenge submission survey link will be sent in the Eventbrite registration confirmation email.

Who is this event for?

This is an interactive session aimed at those with people managing roles or those who can effect change within an organisation. Attendees will be discussing employment practices so you must be able to talk about your organisation's own policies and processes in detail.

Registration will initially be limited to one person per organisation due to the event capacity.

This event is exclusively for registered Supporters and Members of the Good Employment Charter.

Waitlist

There will be a waitlist for this event once it reaches capacity. Places often become available so we recommend registering to join the waitlist and we will contact you if a space becomes free.

If you are allocated a place from the waitlist, you must email [email protected] within 3 days to accept your place. If we do not hear from you within this time, we will assume you do not wish to attend and will release your place to another person on the waitlist.
