Self-love is cultivated and nurtured; in this process, you learn a lot about who you are and what you genuinely want to bring into this world.

Experience Overview:

In this immersive experience, we combine the therapeutic act of working with clay with guided self-love exercises. The goal is to help you connect with their inner selves, cultivate self-compassion, and embrace self-love.

1. Self love redefined :
   - We'll start with a brief discussion on what does self love means to you and how it impacts our daily lives.
   - Participants will be introduced to different tools and techniques for nurturing self-love.
   
2. Mindfulness and Reflection:
   - Engage in a mindfulness exercise to center and ground ourselves.
   - Reflect on personal experiences and identify areas where self-love can be enhanced.
   
3. Creative Expression with Clay:
   - Learn basic clay-handling techniques.
   - Participants will design and create a unique clay object that symbolizes their journey toward self-love.
   - As you shape your clay, reflect on the qualities you want to nurture within yourself.
   
4. Sharing and Affirmations:
   - Share your creation and the personal significance behind it with the group.
   - Participate in a group affirmation exercise to reinforce positive self-love messages.
   
5. Closing Reflection:
   - Reflect on the experience and discuss how to integrate the tools and insights gained into daily life.
