About this Event
About
The future of sustainable food systems will be shaped as much by policy decisions as by technological and financial innovations. From school meals and city procurement policies to national dietary guidelines and international trade rules, food policy sets the framework for systemic transformation.
This event will introduce students and early-career professionals to career opportunities in sustainable food policy, highlight how youth can shape policymaking, and provide hands-on experience brainstorming policy pathways at the intersection of food, climate, health, and equity.
As part of Food for Thought’s Next Gen Food System Climate Week Series, this convening will demonstrate how policy careers can be powerful levers for achieving zero hunger, zero emissions, and zero suffering within our generation.
