Ever since I saw Twyla Tharp’s “Nine Sinatra Songs”, a show of exactly that…THAT’S LIFE became the standout go to in the show and the song that always fits anything I’m feeling and gets me moving. You gotta look up her version of that song damn, it’s so cool. It’s also a popular lyrical contemporary competition select and tbh it’s one of the funnest songs to love your body to. We must. You gotta. Shapes Sinatra.

An ALL NEW class - you know I’m all about storytelling and it’s time to take it to the next level…introducing “Shapes” a lyrical movement class! That classic, deep, fluid, expressive, passionate life-is-so-serious these-are-all-my-feelings in movement poetry. And all the graceful shapes the body makes in the lyrical world to tell that emotional journey of a story.
