Doors open at 7pm, show 8-10pm. Tickets are $20 + fees. Shannon Baker & sometime soon is an acoustic bluegrass and country group that holds true to the traditional sounds of those genres, yet incorporates the distinctive skills from the varied backgrounds of its members for enhanced arrangements.
Shannon sets a high bar as the lead vocalist and songwriter. Joe Pessolano brings lead and harmony vocals with guitar and mandolin skills. Ronnie Parrish sets the foundation with upright bass. Chris Hill adds refined fiddle work and John Dudley serves up baritone vocal, banjo and guitar.
Together they deliver bluegrass-flavored, carefully crafted harmonies and acoustic instrumentation for those favorites in a fresh way, introduce you to new ones from unexpected places and share some original works for you to enjoy. There will be classic foot-stomping numbers, soulful renditions and some surprises from nearby genres, all with their unique styling and energy.
