The Shamrock Run and Walk is BACK and we can't wait to see you outside, moving, and having fun! Foot Traffic and the Shamrock Run are joining forces again to bring you our annual pre-race ice breaker party, the Shamrock Shakeout. This free event works perfect as a pre-spring rust buster and an excuse to get your friends together to start thinking about training for this Spring's event.

"Couch to Sham" training. Let's start from the beginning! We'll get you ready for a 5K or 8K in just 5 weeks! Weekly progression of 2 miles, 3 miles, 3 miles, 3 miles.
"Final Prep" Shamrock 15K/Half: Jump in for some long workouts with friends for your final push to race day. Weekly progression of 6 miles, 7 miles, 8 miles, 9 miles.

Sign up for our "Train Lucky" Shamrock prep training series! Series takes place on 5 consecutive Saturday mornings before the race including the Shamrock Shakeout event. Free group run/walk lead by our staff and coaches, plus a training education topic for each meeting! Includes Free Tech training shirt!

Cedar Mill, Feb. 14th: Fast is relative. Improving YOUR speed with intervals, hills, & fartleks. 3 and 8 mile options
Southeast, FEB. 21st! Joining the first day of GO PORTLAND, our 5-month- group training program for free! 2 and 3 mile options (or 9 miles for those prepping for Shamrock Half or 15K).
