Kids of all ages are invited to join Heather Midori for an evening of creative expression through art and movement. During this session, children are invited to join in and explore various creative exercises. Very short guided sitting, walking and other ‘moving meditations’, will be introduced.No experience necessary. The goal is to have fun and express ourselves, in a welcoming atmosphere!
Materials will be provided by the Ottawa Shambhala Centre, so please register in advance. Registration fee includes all necessary art supplies.
Please note: Children under twelve years old should be accompanied by a parent.
Cost = $30.00 (Includes all materials).
