This is a quiet space to slow down, settle, and spend time inside peace—not as a concept to understand, but as something you can feel and live from.
Shambhala Reiki: Living Peace is a steady, supportive container where we meet consistently and allow peace to organize naturally within the body and inner world. Nothing is taught and nothing is fixed. There is no goal to reach. The focus is on being present, grounded, and centered in a way that carries into everyday life.
Phase I is a six-week container where we gather weekly to sit together, receive Shambhala Reiki, and rest inside a held field of calm and stillness. This phase supports slowing down, reconnecting to center, and letting peace become familiar rather than fleeting.
After Phase I, there is a six-week integration pause. There are no weekly meetings during this time. Life continues, and peace is lived and integrated in real, ordinary moments. Two optional integration gatherings are offered during the pause for those who wish to reconnect and sit together quietly.
A second six-week phase, Be at Peace, is offered later for those who feel called to continue deepening and stabilizing this sense of calm as a lived reference point. Participation beyond Phase I is always optional.
