Shamanism: An Introduction to Your True Self

In this two plus hour introductory workshop, you will learn the path of a Shaman and how it relates to modern life. Ultimately, how you can incorporate ancient practices to improve your well-being and of those around you. Shaman’s are the indigenous medicine people in numerous cultures who live in reciprocity with the earth’s bountiful gifts. They partner with Mother Earth’s beings, such as animals, trees and the unseen. They have a relationship with the spiritual world, gathering information that can be used for healing, and they themselves can be vessels for healing. We will provide you an introduction to their ways and practices in this experiential workshop. Join us to learn if this path is for you, or perhaps just wet your curiosity.
We are creating a 10 month journey to self discovery starting in January 2025. Delving into the heart of healing self, holding space and assisting others on their journey. Becoming a Mesa carrier and Paquos in a beautiful Allyu (community.)

Kathleen Lester has been a Mesa carrier since 2012, studying with Pamela Panneton of Land Spirits and Jose Louis Herrara of the Andean Research Institute. Kathleen founded the Animal Reiki Alliance in 2010 and animals and the earth have been her guides and partners throughout her journey. She is also a Medical Reiki Master, Animal Communicator and lover of mother earth and all her beings.
Co-owner of Laughing Stone Hollow and Sound Alchemist Cheryl Kilduff Janssen has been creating sacred space for many years. She has been an Andean Mesa carrier since 2017. Her “lineage” is also through studying with Pamela Panneton of Land Spirits and Jose Louis Herrara. She is a Ceremonialist practicing Native American ways, being a Chanupa (Sacred Pipe) carrier. Her deep love of Earth Mother and ALL her inhabitants teaches her to believe in community and bringing the Prophecy of the Eagle from the North and the Condor from the South together in peace and harmony. “WE are the Ones WE have been waiting for.”
