A Fall Equinox Night of Healing, Release & Renewal

As we approach the Fall Equinox, join Jessica and Juli Ann for a special evening of shamanic healing, movement, sacred sound, and ceremony.
The Fall Equinox marks a natural turning point in the year—a time to take stock of where we have been, release what we no longer want to carry, and create space for what we would like to bring forward into the next season.
Throughout the evening, Jessica and Juli Ann will bring together practices from their Toltec and Peruvian shamanic backgrounds for a deeply experiential night of healing and renewal.
Move Your Prayer with Jessica
We’ll begin with Move Your Prayer, a music-guided movement experience using rhythm, breath, intention, and intuitive movement to help get energy moving through the body.
There is no choreography and no dance experience is needed. You are encouraged to move in whatever way feels comfortable and natural for you.
Group Shamanic Healing & Sacred Sound
Jessica and Juli Ann will then lead a group shamanic healing experience incorporating energetic clearing, prayer, meditation, drumming, rattles, and traditional healing practices.
Juli Ann will also incorporate crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, bringing another layer of sound and vibration into the healing experience.
Shamanic Flower Bath Ceremony
We’ll close our evening with a beautiful Flower Bath Ceremony using fresh flowers, herbs, sacred water, prayer, and intention.
Flower baths have long been used in spiritual and healing traditions for cleansing, blessing, renewal, and restoring positive energy. During our ceremony, you’ll have an opportunity to reflect on what you are ready to release and what you would like to welcome more fully into your life as we enter a new season.
This may be joy, strength, clarity, abundance, confidence, authenticity, personal power—or simply a greater sense of peace and connection with yourself.
Everyone will receive a container of blessed flower water to take home so you can continue the experience and blessing after our gathering.
No previous experience with shamanism, meditation, or movement is necessary. Come as you are and join us for an evening of healing, release, connection, and renewal as we welcome the energy of the Fall Equinox.
