Shamanic Restorative: Body • Heart • Spirit
A monthly restorative ritual drawing from Andean mystical traditions.
This 4-month series weaves restorative yoga with guided reflection and ritual, inspired by the Andean teaching of the three human powers:
Llank’ay – the power of body and action
Munay – the power of heart and love
Yachay – the power of mind and wisdom
Most of us lean too heavily on one of these powers and underuse the others. This imbalance prevents us from living as fully integrated human beings. Through rest, reflection, and simple ritual, this series offers a pathway to reawaken and harmonize all three powers — so we can walk in a good way. .
While resting in fully supported postures, you’ll work with a ritual object (stone, “spirit arrow,” or paper) as a vessel to hold what you’re ready to somatically release and/or call forward. At the close of practice, you may either:
Take your object home to transform through fire, water, or earth, or offer it to be placed into the sacred fire I tend with prayer and intention.
