Join us for an immersive three-part workshop where you will delve into the ancient practice of shamanic journeywork. Guided by the principles taught by Michael Harner and incorporating elements of Peruvian Q'ero shamanic traditions, this workshop will provide you with the tools to connect deeply with the spiritual realms and your personal guides. These sessions are perfect for anyone looking to dive deeper into learning about shamanic practices or are interested in learning how to tap into sub- and super-conscious spaces for personal growth and healing.
Session 1: Journey to the Lower World—Retrieving Your Power Animal In the first session, you will be introduced to the foundational principles of shamanism and shamanic journeywork. We will then travel to the Lower World, a realm of power and wisdom, to meet and retrieve your personal power animal—an ally that will assist you in your spiritual path and offer protection in your journeys.
Session 2: Journey to the Upper World - Meeting Your Teachers and Guides Building on the knowledge and experience from the first session, the second session will take you on a journey to the Upper World, a celestial realm of higher consciousness. Here, you will meet a spiritual teacher or guide who will offer insights and guidance for your life’s journey.
Session 3: Journey to the Upper World - Receiving Healing In the final session, you will return to the Upper World to receive a healing. This powerful experience will help you integrate the lessons learned from the previous journeys, promoting balance and well-being in your physical, emotional, and spiritual life.
Each session combines guided meditations, drumming, and practical exercises to deepen your understanding and experience of shamanic journeywork. Whether new to shamanism and journeywork or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space to explore and grow. Sessions are meant to be attended in sequence and totality. If you are unable to join us on the first session, it would not be safe or best for you to join on the 2nd and 3rd.

Bio:
Amanda is an intuitive channel, public health professional, and energy medicine practitioner who has learned to walk between the material and spiritual worlds. As a RYT 200 through Sage Yoga and a Master of Energy Medicine Practitioner through the Four Winds Society, she still considers herself a forever student. Amanda has studied under teachers of both North and South America in shamanism, and recently studied in the lineage of the Q’ero Shamans of the Peruvian Andes through the Four Winds under Alberto Villoldo and Marcela Lobos. She is honored to continue the work of seer lineages in which she has received rites.
