In this special monthly class, Ella will guide you on two shamanic journeys accompanied by the rhythmic beat of the shamanic drum, aimed at providing clarity, insight, and guidance on your personal path.We'll begin with a grounding meditation and setting intentions for the class. Ella will provide a brief introduction to shamanism and the evening's theme before embarking on the journeys. Between each journey, there will be time to journal your insights.

Embracing Autumn: A Journey of Release and Renewal.
As the days grow shorter and the nights longer, we welcome the new season on September 22nd with the Autumn Equinox. This is a time for letting go and releasing, mirroring the natural process of Mother Nature. In this Shamanic Journeying class, we will align with the energy of Autumn, exploring what the season may bring, where to focus your awareness, and what needs to be released and composted. We will come together to set our intentions and gain insights for the new season.
