Journeying is an active meditation, Amanda will guide you with words and live drumming. Drumming helps you to relax and shift your brain waves from Beta to Alpha and this helps your creative mind explore you sunconscious. Every level is welcome. It is different for each person. Experiences vary, and so we practice.
