Using the ancient-inspired rhythm of the drum and guided visualization, you’ll be led on an inward journey — traveling through a symbolic sacred landscape with the intention of connecting with a helping spirit, guide, animal ally, ancestor, or spiritual presence that may have wisdom to share with you.
Your journey is completely your own.
You may experience vivid imagery, colors, sensations, emotions, symbols, messages — or simply a deep sense of peace and connection.

🥁 Use rhythmic drumming to support the journey
🌿 Travel through a guided shamanic-style meditation
🐺 Invite connection with a helping spirit or animal ally
🔮 Receive a message, symbol, or piece of personal wisdom
📖 Journal what came through
