Shamanic Journey - Healing the Inner Child

Join us for a sacred evening of deep connection and healing as we journey inward to reconnect with the inner child within us all. This unique experience, led by Caroline, will combine shamanic journeying and a full conscious breathwork session set to inspiration+intentional music to help release old patterns, heal past wounds, and reignite the joy, wonder, and wisdom of our inner child.

As the holiday season approaches, this practice is a beautiful way to cultivate self-love, resilience, and presence, making space for a more grounded, joyful experience during these tender times. Let this evening be a gift to yourself—a moment of soulful connection within a circle of supportive community.

Bio:

Caroline has been immersed in the shamanic arts for over 5 years; she is a mama bear to three teen girls, ceremonial guide, certified breathwork facilitator, energy healer, Divine channel, and passionate supporter of indigenous people and Mother Earth. Through her unique gifts she guides others to experience the invisible world and the magic of body wisdom. Her Celtic Viking roots bring an ancestral lineage of a deep, loving relationship with Earth, Water, Fire, and Air as well as celebration in the present moment. She shares practices that create space for old programming to be realized and released, inspiring an openness to receive the fullest experience of pleasure in all forms. Ceremony is her favorite way to experience others connecting joyfully with one other, themselves, and the natural world. May we all hear the whispers of our soul and remember our natural state of abundance, joy, and deep, slow belly breaths.
