* Pillow, blanket of your choice if you wish to lay on the floor; chairs available too

We welcome all whether you are an experienced shamanic journeyer or just curious and want to learn more. Feel free to ask any questions for clarity on this post. Children are welcome if they are of the age to enjoy a spiritual practice quietly.
