Shamanic Journeys are a form of guided meditation and visualisation, focused on the three realms recognised by many Shamanic cultures - the Upper World, Middle World and Lower World. We will use guided meditation, song, chant and drum to connect our deepest spiritual self and allow ourselves to be guided to where we need to go.We can bring to a journey a question or concern for which we seek insight. It may be specific or a more general concern or issue in our life. In journeying we can access answers at that deeper level and receive the wisdom we need to make the progress we desire.
We also may simply want to deepen our experience of our intuitive self and a feeling of connectedness. We may even wish to meet our guides or those who can assist us as we travel life's paths.
Journeying is a form of deep guided meditation where we trust our inner knowing to provide to us exactly what we need in this moment.
This group will commence with some meditation and visualisation practices followed by a journey to one of the three worlds. No experience is required.
Journeys are between one and a half and two hours.
