You will:
* Explore Shamanic States through meditation, breathwork and intention.
* Experience Shamanic Journeying, learn about connecting with an animal guide, and practice setting, clearing and maintaining sacred space.
*Explore the use of Shamanic sounds and instruments for healing, balancing and energy clearing, and learn ways in which to integrate Shamanic practices into daily life.
