Join us for a three-part sound journey designed to support relaxation, reflection, and inner connection. We’ll begin with the steady rhythm of shamanic drumming, guiding you into a meditative state where you can access your intuition and connect with inner guidance. The second phase invites contemplation as you’re immersed in the soothing sounds of an ocean drum and singing bowls. We’ll close with gentle tuning fork harmonics to help you integrate the experience, while you take time to journal and ground what has come through.
