Through intentional breathwork and guided meditation, you will be invited into a relaxed, receptive state before embarking on your shamanic drumming journey.

As the steady rhythm unfolds, you may encounter symbolic imagery, animal guides, memories, emotions, or a quiet sense of connection to your inner wisdom. Each journey is unique, revealing whatever naturally arises in the moment.
