Hamilton Garces is a combat Marine Veteran, Yogi, Breathwork & sound practitioner hailing from New Jersey, with roots tracing back to Colombia, South America. After discovering the healing benefits of yoga post-military service, he found his passion in sharing the transformative power of sound, breath, and yoga with the world. Hamilton guides individuals through mindful movement, breathwork, and sound journeys, tapping into altered states of consciousness and empowering others to become their own healers.
