Join us for an immersive online event - discover the transformative power of Shamanic Breathwork, using it to enter an altered state, as you embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

During this event, you will learn and use the Shamanic Breathwork techniques to connect with your inner wisdom and tend to the garden of your inner landscape. By working with the breath and chakra attunded music, we will explore the depths of our being, releasing stagnant energy,and awakening our true essence.

Whether you are new to shamanic practices or an experienced practitioner, this event offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself and your interaction with the world around you. Together, we will create a safe, supportive and nurturing space for personal exploration and growth.

Embark on a transformative journey toward self-discovery and empowerment. We will share intentions, teach the breathing technique, breathe until we are surprised and integrate our journeys through sharing our journeys and art.

The event will include:

• Gathering in a virtual circle with others that want to do their inner work.
• Guidance and support from trained shamanic practitioner Diamondheart (Jay Hoeffer)
• Grounding, group agreements and container building in order to create a safe space for sharing .
• Breathwork instruction and practice.
• Laying down and/or moving for at least 30 minutes during the breathwork while specially selected music plays.
• Creating art to express your breathwork journey
• Sharing your experience with the group to the depth you feel comfortable, and when permission is given, receive reflection, questions and suggestions
• Closing the circle with tips for after care and resources for continued support

While every breathwork is different, past participant experiences have included:
