Shamanic Breathwork: Season of Change
The days are becoming shorter and cooler. Gardens are ripe, and soon the harvest of grains will begin. The leaves, once green, will change to beautiful shades of yellow, orange, and red. The season of change is upon us. A time of taking stock of all that has transpired, both good and bad.
What have we accomplished? What still needs doing? What did we do well? What could we do better? What do we need to hold on to? What are we ready to release? An accounting of the progress made thus far, both for the year and in our lives, personal and collective.
