The morning focus is the lower 3 energy pathways (chakras). Experience grounding & safety, renewed creativity and inner vitality!✨?✨
The afternoon will focus on the upper three energy pathways (chakras). Experience freedom in your expression, heightened intuition & deep connection!✨?✨
The HEART Chakra is the gateway from the lower system to the upper system and will be present in BOTH ceremonies - unifying the earthly Human and Divine aspects of ourselves. ?????
✨We will be offering Hapé medicine from the Brazilian Amazon (this is optional) for clearing, energizing & third eye opening.
✨ Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful breathwork modality using dynamic music specific for going deep within. It’s deeply cathartic!
✨ Cacao is a beautiful plant ally that opens our hearts and grounds us in our present experience.
